Introduction
It is used to product feed pellet for animals and wood pellet for biomass fuel etc.
Widely used: The raw materials cover wood sawdust, corn straw, ground shell, grass, wheat bran, sawdust, animal manure and so on.
Different pellet size: The final pellet with the diameter of 2.5-10mm.
Moisture content: 12%-20%
Raw materials
All kinds of wood, timber scraps, branches, wood chips, edge material, tree bark, bamboo skin and other raw material into sawdust.
Working principles
The raw materials of pellets are pressed by the pressing roller in the matrix. Under the action of pressure and friction in the matrix, the raw materials are heated into a high temperature (nearly 60~80 °C).With the increasing of pressure and temperature, the materials are compressed into pellets. As a consequence, the output has a high strength after cooling.
